great location with room for improvement

The location is excellent, being directly across from a convention center. The gym on the top floor is well-equipped, which I appreciated . The room was clean, neat, and had a pleasant aroma, made for a comfortable environment. I particularly enjoyed visiting Dean & Deluca, conveniently located nearby for my morning coffee.

Breakfast offerings could use some variety.

The location of the hotel was particularly good - at walking distance from Benjakitti Park. What's more, it was really close to Victory Monument and Platinum and shopping malls, JJ market, business areas and shopping center like terminal 21.

Comfortable and best possible location - adjacent to other nearby areas that had good restaurants.

But can we talk about the room size? I reminded me of a giraffe in a mouse hole! At least no one heard me complaining!

The breakfast was lovely with Indian vegetarians and the omelette station, for instance, and the ones who served it were thoughtful...

Convenient Stay Near MRT

We stayed for 6 nights in a Superior Room and loved how the MRT was right outside! So easy to get around without the city center chaos at night. The staff was super friendly and polite. Just wish there were more dining spots around, but at least the hotel bar was nice for a wind-down.

We explored Benjakitti Forest Park and the nearby Victor Club. The location was super convenient with the MRT right outside. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfy. The staff were awesome and always helpful.

The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff were really good too, and the location was super convenient with easy access to the MRT. I wish there were more dining options nearby.

The decor at Modena By Fraser was so modern and inviting, I was like I was sipping tea in a chic café rather than a hotel!

Improve housekeeping for toiletries .

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the outdoor garden where I could relax and the yummy breakfast options that catered to all tastes. The washer and dryer services were super convenient for our family too! I would definitely come back here again.

The room was big, modern, and really clean. The bed was super comfy, which I loved. But the TV channels were pretty limited-like just a few news channels, no movies or anything fun. Housekeeping was hit or miss with the toiletries. Sometimes they wouldn't replace everything. Just two complimentary water bottles felt a bit low for a longer stay.
